The stylish Roseville Rooms Restaurant spans three rooms including two ornate drawing rooms in the original house and the garden conservatory.

How to get there: 6 miles east of Waterford. From Waterford, follow the Dunmore Road and continue straight for approximately 3 miles. At the fork in the road, take the left turn sign-posted "Passage East" and then veer right under the railway bridge by Jack Meade's Pub. Continue straight for about 2 miles and Faithlegg is on your left.
